Indiana Statutes
§ 15-18-3-1 — "Engaged in the production of milk"
As used in this chapter, "engaged in the production of milk" includes every person engaged in producing milk in Indiana or to be shipped into Indiana as a:
(1)producer;
(2)producer-distributor; or
(3)producer-cooperative.
