Text

Payments under section 28 of this chapter shall be made to the treasurer of Purdue University not later than June 20 of each year. The money received is for the exclusive use of the creamery license division. The money shall be expended for the following:

(1)Salaries and traveling expenses of inspectors.
(2)Necessary equipment and supplies for the inspection of all plants and stations.
(3)The examination of applicants for licenses.
(4)Disseminating information and instruction by means of publication.
(5)All other expenses necessary in administering this chapter. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-6-1-13(b).]
