(a)A hauler of milk or cream or other person or dairy processing plant or other milk plant or agent receiving milk or cream by weight or test or by weight and test may not fraudulently manipulate the weights of milk or cream of any person to take unfair samples or fraudulently manipulate the samples.
(b)When milk is received from farm bulk tanks, the hauler shall:
(1)weigh or measure the milk of each person accurately and correctly; and
(2)thoroughly mix the milk of each person by stirring until the milk is uniform and homogeneous in richness before the sample is taken from the milk.
