§ 15-18-1-6 — Sanctions for repeated violations
The board may refuse to issue or reissue, may
suspend for a definite time, or may revoke permits issued under this
chapter for repeated violations of this chapter or a rule adopted by the
board. The refusal to issue or revocation of a permit under this section
must be conducted in accordance with IC 4-21.5.
