Text
The board shall enforce this chapter and for
that purpose may enter upon and inspect premises on which containers
are stored, suspected of being stored, or trafficked in or on premises
where raw or pasteurized milk or milk products are produced,
purchased, received, transferred, transported, stored, processed, or put
in containers to be offered for sale or sold or distributed for human
consumption.
