§ 15-18-1-30 — Inspections; performance of official duties
A person who is licensed under this chapter or who is engaged in:
(1)the production, transportation, processing, or packaging of raw
or pasteurized milk and milk products;
(2)the business of selling or distributing products described in
subdivision (1) for human consumption; or
(3)the business of manufacturing containers for milk and milk
products;
may not prevent the inspectors and agents of the board from
performing official duties.
