Text

(a)A bottle, container, or package enclosing milk, Grade A dry milk and whey products, or milk products must be labeled in accordance with the rules of the board.
(b)A milk product may not bear a Grade A label unless the milk product is produced in accordance with the rules of the board for grade A milk or milk products.
(c)A vehicle or transport tank containing milk or milk products must be legibly marked with the name and address of the milk plant or hauler in possession of the contents.
(d)A tank transporting raw, heat treated, or pasteurized milk or milk products to a milk plant from sources of supply not under the routine supervision of the board must be marked with the name and address of the milk plant or hauler and must be sealed.
