Text

(a)A sufficient number of veterinarians shall be employed to meet the requirements of this chapter. The veterinarians must:
(1)satisfy the requirements for an applicant to practice veterinary medicine set forth under IC 25-38.1;
(2)be licensed to practice in Indiana; and
(3)be accredited by the United States Department of Agriculture.
(b)The board shall supervise the veterinarians employed under this chapter. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-8-3.]
