Text
(a)After a county council makes an
appropriation to conduct a testing program under this chapter, the
board of county commissioners of the county shall enter into a contract
with the board concerning the work to be done in the county and the
expenses paid by the county.
(b)The board shall prescribe a standard contract for all counties
concerning expenditures for incidental items and the employment of
veterinary inspectors.
