Text

(a)After a county council makes an appropriation under section 1 of this chapter, the commissioners of the county shall enter into a contract with the board concerning the testing in the county required under section 1 of this chapter and the expenses paid by the county.
(b)The board shall prescribe a standard contract for all counties concerning expenditures for incidental items and the employment of veterinary inspectors. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-7-2.]
