§ 15-17-6-5 — Impounding area
The board of county commissioners of each county containing an area quarantined under section 2 of this chapter shall furnish a suitable area or quarters:
(1)for the impounding and care of animals that may be
impounded under this chapter; and
(2)that comply with the rules adopted by the board.
