§ 15-17-5-15 — Fee schedule
Indiana·Art. 17 ANIMAL HEALTH AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS·Ch. 5 Meat and Poultry Inspection; Humane Slaughter Act
The board may establish a schedule of fees
for inspection services provided under this chapter. The fees must be
reasonable but are not required to be equal to the costs of the inspection
services.
