Text
The state veterinarian may, subject to the approval of the board:
(1)organize the personnel and functions of the board into
divisions and subdivisions;
(2)delegate responsibilities to the divisions and employees; and
(3)consolidate, divide, or abolish the divisions and subdivisions;
as necessary to carry out the state veterinarian's powers and duties and
the powers and duties of the board.
