§ 15-17-4-5 — State veterinarian; duties
The state veterinarian:
(1)serves as the chief administrative officer of the board and
performs the duties delegated by the board to the state
veterinarian;
(2)provides technical advice and assistance to, and serves as the
chief administrative officer of, the Indiana board of veterinary
medicine under IC 25-38.1; and
(3)performs the duties delegated by the Indiana board of
veterinary medicine to the state veterinarian.
