Text
The state veterinarian:
(1)must:
(A)be a graduate of a recognized veterinary college;
(B)be licensed and accredited to practice veterinary medicine
in Indiana; and
(C)have at least five (5) years experience as a general
practitioner of veterinary medicine or as a veterinary
administrator, or both; and
(2)may not be a member of the board.
