§ 15-17-3-5 — Term
(a)The term of a member of the board is four
(4)years beginning on April 1.
(b)A member serves until the member's successor is appointed and
qualified.
(c)Except as provided in subsection (d), a person is not eligible to
serve as a member of the board for more than two (2) consecutive full
terms.
(d)Subsection (c) does not apply to the member appointed from the
school of veterinary medicine at Purdue University under section 2(1)
of this chapter.
