Text
(a)The board:
(1)shall hold quarterly meetings at the board's office in
Indianapolis, during January, April, July, and October of each
year; and
(2)may hold special meetings upon the call of the chairperson or
a majority of the members of the board.
(b)Six (6) members of the board constitute a quorum to transact
business.
