§ 15-17-2-97 — "Sale", "sell", or "selling"
(a)"Sale", "sell", or "selling" means sale,
lease, donation, trade, barter, or exchange in any manner.
(b)The term includes the following:
(1)Manufacture, processing, transporting, handling, packing,
canning, bottling, or any other productions, preparation, or putting
up.
(2)Exposure, offer, or any other proffer.
(3)Holding, storing, or any other possession.
