§ 15-17-2-94 — "Receiving station"
(a)"Receiving station" means a place, a
premises, or an establishment where milk or milk products are
collected, handled, stored, or cooled and prepared for distribution.
(b)The term does not include soft ice cream dispensers in
restaurants as defined by the board.
