§ 15-17-2-80 — "Packer"
"Packer" means any person engaged in the business of:
(1)buying livestock to be slaughtered for food;
(2)manufacturing or preparing meat or meat food products for
sale or shipment in commerce; or
(3)marketing meat and meat food products acting as a
wholesaler, broker, dealer, or distributor.
