Indiana Statutes
§ 15-17-2-76 — "Official laboratory"
"Official laboratory" means a biological, chemical, or physical laboratory that meets the following conditions:
(1)The laboratory is under the direct supervision of the board or
a state or local governmental agency designated by the board.
(2)The laboratory is authorized and certified by the board to do
official work.
