§ 15-17-2-6 — "Approved slaughtering establishment"

Indiana·Art. 17 ANIMAL HEALTH AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS·Ch. 2 Definitions

"Approved slaughtering establishment" means an establishment operating under:

(1)the federal Meat Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 601 et seq.);

(2)the federal Poultry Products Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 451 et seq.); or

(3)IC 15-17-5. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-2-4.5.]
