§ 15-17-2-56 — "Milk distributor"
(a)"Milk distributor" means a person that
offers for sale or sells milk or milk products to another person.
(b)The term does not include the following:
(1)A store or market that receives and sells bottled or packaged
milk and milk products in the original container or package to
consumers.
(2)A restaurant, soda fountain, or similar establishment serving
milk or milk products.
