Text

"Milk" means the lacteal secretion practically free from colostrum that:

(1)is obtained by the complete milking of healthy dairy animals; and
(2)meets a definition and standard of identity for milk adopted by the board under IC 4-22-2. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-2-28.4.]
