§ 15-17-2-42 — "Inspector"

Indiana·Art. 17 ANIMAL HEALTH AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS·Ch. 2 Definitions

"Inspector" means an individual who is authorized by the board to perform any inspection functions under this article and who meets any of the following criteria:

(1)The person is authorized by the state veterinarian to do any work or perform any duty in connection with the inspection of animals and food products under this article.
(2)The person is an employee or official of the government of the county or other governmental subdivision of this state acting under an agreement between the state veterinarian and a governmental subdivision. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-2-23.3.]
