§ 15-17-2-35 — "Grade A dry milk and whey products"
"Grade A dry milk and whey products" means milk products that have been:
(1)produced for use in Grade A pasteurized or aseptically
processed milk products; and
(2)manufactured under the federal Food and Drug Administration
"Grade A Condensed and Dry Milk Products ─ Condensed and
Dry Whey Supplement I to the Grade A Pasteurized Milk
Ordinance".
