Text

"Grade A dry milk and whey products" means milk products that have been:

(1)produced for use in Grade A pasteurized or aseptically processed milk products; and
(2)manufactured under the federal Food and Drug Administration "Grade A Condensed and Dry Milk Products ─ Condensed and Dry Whey Supplement I to the Grade A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance". [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-2-20.5.]
