§ 15-17-2-28 — "Establishment"
"Establishment", for purposes of IC 15-17-5, means a building, part of a building, or other location used for:
(1)slaughtering livestock or poultry; or
(2)preparing meat, poultry, meat food products, and meat
byproducts capable of use as human food.
