§ 15-17-2-21 — "Consignor"
(a)"Consignor" means any person
consigning, shipping, or delivering animals for sale, resale, or
exchange.
(b)The term includes any person who causes animals to be
transported or who delivers animals to a livestock auction market for
the purpose of sale.
