§ 15-17-2-17 — "Certified brucellosis free herd"
"Certified brucellosis free herd" means a
herd that is certified as free from brucellosis as defined by rules of the
board and regulations of the United States Department of Agriculture
made under any cooperative agreement authorized by this article.
