Text

"Certificate" and "certificate of veterinary inspection" means an official document issued by a state or federal representative or an accredited veterinarian that records a veterinary inspection of an animal, statements about the health of an animal, tests conducted on an animal, vaccinations given an animal, and other information about an animal and the animal's movement that is required by a state or the United States to be recorded.
