§ 15-17-2-10 — "Bulk milk hauler/sampler"
"Bulk milk hauler/sampler" means a person who does the following:
(1)Collects official samples.
(2)May transport raw milk in bulk form.
(3)Transports milk to or from a milk plant, receiving station, or
transfer station.
