§ 15-17-18-7 — Transportation of diseased domestic animals

A person who knowingly or intentionally moves, from the property on which the domestic animal is confined, a domestic animal that has an infectious or a contagious disease, except under rules adopted by the board, commits a Level 6 felony. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-21-7.]
