Text

A person owning, operating, or controlling a livestock auction market, livestock show, or public stockyard in Indiana shall thoroughly clean and disinfect all the premises and enclosures according to rules adopted by the board. All disinfecting agents used for disinfecting swine, crates, cars, and other conveyances and the methods of disinfecting must meet the approval of the state veterinarian.
