§ 15-17-15-1 — Sale of diseased animals

Indiana·Art. 17 ANIMAL HEALTH AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS·Ch. 15 Sales, Shipments, and Exhibitions

A person may not sell an animal that the person knows or suspects has an infectious or contagious disease except:

(1)to an approved slaughtering establishment;
(2)to a licensed marketing facility; or
