Text
(a)Permitted animals may be hunted on
a hunting preserve licensed under this chapter from September 1
through March 1 between one-half (1/2) hour before sunrise and
one-half (1/2) hour after sunset.
(b)For permitted animals taken on a hunting preserve there is not
a bag limit, and both male and female animals may be taken.
(c)A licensed owner may charge fees for hunting on the hunting
preserve that reflect the class of permitted animal hunted.
