§ 15-17-14-8 — Packer; security

Indiana·Art. 17 ANIMAL HEALTH AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS·Ch. 14 Livestock Dealers
A packer, other than a packer operating stockyards in Indiana, is not required to furnish security under section 6 of this chapter if a bond or bond equivalent is not required of the packers under the federal Packers and Stock Yards Act of 1921 (7 U.S.C. 181 through 7 U.S.C. 229).
