The full amount of the fees specified in
section 7 of this chapter must be paid for licenses and transport vehicle
certificates issued before one-half (1/2) of the license period has
expired. However, one-half (1/2) of the fee must be paid for licenses
and certificates issued after at least one-half (1/2) of the license period
has expired.
