Subject to section 8 of this chapter, the fees for licenses issued under this chapter are as follows:

(1)The base license fee for each disposal plant, including transport vehicle certificates, is one hundred fifty dollars ($150).
(2)The license fee for each substation is twenty dollars ($20).
(3)The collection service license fee, including transport vehicle certificates, is one hundred fifty dollars ($150). [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-16-7.]
