Text
A person may not do the following:
(1)Engage in the business of operating a disposal plant without
first obtaining a license for each disposal plant operated and any
vehicle certificates required by this chapter.
(2)Transport over the roads the body of a dead animal not
slaughtered for human food unless the person:
(A)holds a license to operate a disposal plant or collection
service in Indiana or is acting for a licensee; or
(B)is exempt under this article.
