Text

Except as provided in this chapter, a person may not haul or transport over the highways the bodies of any dead animals, except those that have been slaughtered and are intended for human food, unless:

(1)the person has a valid disposal plant or collection service license issued under this chapter; and
(2)the bodies are being transported to a licensed disposal plant. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-16-15.]
