§ 15-17-10-16 — Feeding garbage to swine
A person may not feed or permit the feeding of garbage to swine, unless:
(1)the garbage is treated to kill disease organisms in accordance
with rules adopted by the board; and
(2)the processing occurs at a facility operated by a person
holding a valid license issued by the board, for the treatment of
garbage.
