§ 15-17-10-10 — Disposal of dead animals

Indiana·Art. 17 ANIMAL HEALTH AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS·Ch. 10 Dangerous and Diseased Animals

If the board determines that an emergency event or a disease or pest of animals has resulted in or is likely to result in a large number of dead animals, the board may facilitate the prompt disposal of the dead animals by adopting a rule under IC 4-22-2 that amends or suspends any of the following:

(1)IC 15-17-11.
(2)A rule adopted by the board that governs the disposal of dead animals. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-18-22.]
