(a)The Purdue University cooperative
extension service shall provide technical assistance to township
trustees for the control of detrimental plants.
(b)All law enforcement agencies having jurisdiction in a township
shall assist the township trustee in carrying out the duties imposed on
the trustee under this chapter.
