§ 15-16-6-8 — Voting rights
All persons who have:
(1)signed the articles of association; and
(2)paid the assessments levied against them;
are entitled to vote at any meeting of the members of the association on
any question that lawfully comes before the association. Each member
is entitled to one (1) vote on any question.
