Text

(a)A special meeting of the members of the association may be called at any time by:
(1)a majority of the board of directors; or
(2)five (5) members of the association.
(b)A majority of the members constitute a quorum to transact ordinary business not required by law to be transacted at the regular meeting prescribed by law. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-3-7-11.]
