Text
(a)As required in 40 CFR 171, commercial
applicators and private applicators shall maintain records concerning
the application of restricted use pesticides.
(b)Records required under this section must be kept for two (2)
years after the date of the application of the restricted use pesticide.
(c)As required in 40 CFR 171, records required to be maintained
under this section include the following:
(1)Name of the customer, property owner, or custodian of the site
of application.
(2)Address, geographic coordinates, or general location
description of the site of application.
(3)Name of the person making the application.
(4)Name of the commercial or private applicator responsible for
the application, if different from the name in subdivision (3).
