Text

(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), a person may not act as a licensed applicator not for hire unless the person has obtained a license from the state chemist.
(b)A person who is not a licensed applicator not for hire may use a restricted use pesticide if the person is under the direct supervision of a licensed applicator not for hire. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-3-3.6-7.1.]
