Text

A person required to be certified under this chapter or IC 15-16-2-44(b)(1)(A) may not:

(1)use or supervise the use of any restricted use pesticide or use a general use pesticide or fertilizer material for hire; or
(2)make diagnostic inspections or reports to determine infestations of wood destroying pests; unless the person complies with the certification requirements under this chapter and any other requirements determined by the state chemist to be necessary to prevent unreasonable adverse effects on the environment.
