Text
In concurrence with the state chemist, the
Purdue University cooperative extension service shall organize and
conduct programs of instruction and training in areas of knowledge
required in this chapter. Where appropriate and feasible, the Purdue
University cooperative extension service shall draw upon the resources
and expertise of other educational institutions and the private sector in
this effort.
