§ 15-16-5-42 — Reciprocity; waiver of requirements
The state chemist may waive all or part of
the requirements provided for in sections 45, 46, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 54,
56, and 57 of this chapter on a reciprocal basis with any other state
agency or federal agency that has substantially the same standards.
